These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for use of the Astraeus Collections website.
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Astraeus Collections website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated in this section.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Returns Policy and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements. “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and Ourselves or either the Client or Ourselves. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
All prices include VAT for orders within the United Kingdom and European Union. All other orders shipped outside the European Union are net and may be subject to VAT, Customs Duty and any other fees applicable to that particular jurisdiction where the goods are being shipped to. Where the goods are being shipped outside the United Kingdom or European Union then it will be the sole responsibility of the customer to pay such taxes or duty or other fees that may be applicable. We will not be held liable for Taxes, duty or any other charges. In the event you decide not to pay these charges the goods will not be released and will be subsequently returned to us. As and when those goods are returned we will refund your money subject to deducting any shipping or handling charge.
All payments must be received in full before goods will be shipped to any customer. In the event full payment has not been received the Company reserves the right to cancel the order. All payments are handled by secure external payment gateways for e-commerce. The external payment gateways partners handle all card payments and information and use technology that allow the identification of the cardholder.

All promotional, voucher and discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout. No promotional, voucher or discount code will be honoured after check out. Only one promotional voucher or discount code can be used per order. Astraeus Collections reserves the right to refuse or cancel the use of a promotional, voucher or discount code without any further discussion. All promotional voucher and discount codes are subject to stock availability. Promotional voucher and discount codes can vary from one jurisdiction to another.
Once an order has been placed we shall notify you of your purchase on the email details you have provided. Please ensure that all your details provided at the time of placing your order are accurate and correct. We will retain your email details to notify you of other services or promotion or offers that may arise from time to time. There will be occasions when an order is placed and we are out of stock. We will immediately notify you by email of the situation and the likely time it will take to complete your order. If either we are unable to fulfil your order or you do not wish to wait then it is up to you to decide if wish to cancel your order when you will receive a full refund.
Orders made using another person’s name without their consent will be reported to the appropriate Authorities.
Subject to receiving your order before 2.30pm then the goods will be shipped on the same day or within 24 hours of the order being placed. This excludes all orders placed during the weekend or any National Holiday. We will ship all goods via DHL using an insured and trackable global service. We cannot be held accountable for goods arriving late or delayed beyond our control, including but not limited to the following namely Customs, service strikes, civil unrest, weather, natural disaster, fire, epidemics, failure of public or private telecommunications, terrorist incident.
Should you receive our goods delivered damaged or in an unsatisfactory manner then you should without delay and no later than 24 hours after delivery, contact us and the delivery company informing us and them if the damage. We will try and ensure that you receive a replacement product to replace the damaged one.
In the event that goods have been ordered and shipped you will have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you received the goods. In order to receive a refund the goods must be returned to us undamaged and in its original sealed package. The costs of returning the goods will be the customer’s responsibility. If the original sealed package has been broken and the goods are damaged then we reserve the right to issue a refund. However your Statutory rights will not be effected.
Occasionally, the wrong or defective item can be shipped. You must contact us immediately or within 24 hours of receiving the goods. The goods must be returned properly packed. The cost of returning the goods must at all times be paid by the customer unless specified otherwise. We shall on receiving the goods immediately ship the correct goods and further on production of a valid receipt covering the costs of returning the goods to us, reimburse the cost of returning the goods to us.
All Astraeus Collection watches come with a limited two year warranty which covers manufacturing defects or workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage that may be caused by normal wear and tear and everyday use. The warranty will become invalid in the event the watch as been tampered with in any way. The limited warranty does not cover;
Damage caused by accidental, improper, careless or negligence misuse or abuse
Damage caused in any way by tampering, unjustifiable repair or modification with the watch
Incidental and consequential defects or damage caused due to normal wear and tear and ageing
Battery replacement even during warranty during the warranty period
Scratches
Damage caused by water, fire or other natural or man made disaster
Damage caused by loss or theft
In all cases the watch must be returned accompanying with it the International Guarantee card to prove the date and place of purchase of the watch, otherwise the Company can at its own discretion, treat the warranty as invalid. You will need to provide your name, address, email address, order number and a detailed description of the defect. It will be at the discretion of the Company to decide where the warranty applies to either replace the defective parts with like to like or to replace the product with a similar product.
When an order is placed with us we will ask for your personnel details including your name, address, email payment particulars your date of birth, your zodiac sign and any other details in order that we can process your transaction and deliver your goods. This is in order that we can give the customer the best service. We will only use this information for profiling and marketing purposes.
In order for us to improve and develop our website we may contact you for you feedback on your online experience. We will also use the information you have provided to keep you up dated on new products or promotions.
You have the right to access to your data and you can if you so wish have it changed if something is wrong or have it removed.
We will at all times treat your personal information private and confidential.
In order that we can properly process your order and deliver the goods to you we may have to provide your personnel data to our third party partners in order to complete your order. In most cases this will be the delivery company who will need your personnel data in order to keep you informed on the item we have shipped to you when it will be delivered. They may wish to contact you in order to keep you up dated on your delivery.

We will use are best endeavours to correct errors and omissions as soon as practical. With regards to product images they are there to reflect the illustration of the product as much as possible. We will try to ensure that all images displayed are accurate to the product image, colour and description. However that may vary from one electronic monitor to another.
Further Astraeus Collections does not accept liability either direct or indirect for any errors, delays, losses or omissions by third party service partners.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sale of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.
We at our sole discretion reserve the right to refuse the sale of our products and services. In the event such a situation may arise we will notify you as soon as practicable.
We also reserve the right to discontinue any product or service. We further reserve the right to withdraw or cancel any promotional or discount offers without any notice.
Our total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the purchase price for the goods supplied by us to the customer, together with any postage costs incurred. We shall not be liable for any injury (other than death or personal injury) damage or loss, including consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty of contract or in any other way. Customer’s statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
In all cases the legal title and the risk in the goods will remain vested with Astraeus Collections until full payment has been made.

Astraeus Collections will not be liable for any breach of agreement, for delay or failure to perform if the delay is due to an act of God, civil commotion, riots, fire, floods, drought, prohibitions, war, sabotage, restrictions, poor transport, weather conditions government interventions or lack of delivery from suppliers, the company is subject to criminal activity or other causes beyond Astraeus Collections reasonable control.
These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the rules and regulations of the law for England and Wales.
Astraeus Collections reserves the right to terminate your account at its sole discretion if you are you are either breached or suspected in breaching this term of use. Such termination can be made without prior notice.
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation covers for the collection, treatment and recovery of electrical equipment waste. The legislation allows consumers to return their electrical equipment for recycling.
Astraeus Collections is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take back of their WEEE on a like to like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us. Watches fitted with a quartz movement which are fitted to a battery will qualify.
